New Boiler Installation

There are two major factors determining your gas bills. First one is the efficiency of your boiler, second is gas & electricity price hikes. As we can’t do much about the latter, we can help increase the efficiency by installing high efficiency boiler and save some money.

It’s estimated that the average efficiency of boilers in UK homes is about 60%. This means they waste up to 40% of the heat they generate in the form of hot flue gases. All boilers that we install are over 90% efficient, at the top of SEDBUK A band.

That means annual savings from £50 to £200 depending on the efficiency of replaced boiler.

In addition, modern boilers with electronic ignition are much safer than “pilot light” models. With high efficiency, properly installed boiler the risk of CO2 poisoning is reduced to zero.

Which brings us to the installation itself. There are still a lot of cowboys out there that’s for sure. It is wise to pay little more and employ a reputable company or tradesmen, who is fully qualified, has several years of experience, and comes with good references, preferably from someone you know and trust!
